It includes features such as a shop center for purchasing medications and health products, a protein selling section, COVID-19 testing services, a homepage showcasing essential information, an about us page to provide details about the company, a contact us page for customer inquiries, and specific services like the Fill Prescription Online page and the Compounding for Patients page.

My Role:
Senior UI/UX Designer: As a Senior UI/UX Designer and leader of the project, my role involved overseeing the entire design process. I was responsible for creating the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs for the website. This included conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with developers and stakeholders, and ensuring that the final design met both the aesthetic and functional requirements of the project
The Problem: The problem addressed by this project was the need to create a user-friendly and visually appealing website for the pharmacy. The previous website lacked a cohesive design and intuitive user experience, which led to customer frustration and difficulties in navigating the site. The goal was to overcome these challenges and create a website that would enhance the overall user experience, streamline processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
The Goal: The primary goal of the project was to design and develop a modern and intuitive pharmacy website that would serve as an effective online platform for customers to access various services and information. The aim was to improve user engagement, simplify the purchasing process, and provide easy access to vital pharmaceutical resources.
Project Summary: The project involved the redesign and development of a comprehensive pharmacy website spanning over 30 pages, including dashboards, a shop center, protein selling section, COVID-19 test services, homepage, about us, contact us, and various specific service pages. The aim was to address the previous website's usability issues and provide an enhanced user experience for customers. Over the course of 2 months, as a Senior UI/UX Designer, I led the design process, working on user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with the development team to ensure a successful outcome.
